“I’ll Still Make My Vows” Kiptum’s Wife Gets Emotional As She Eulogizes Him

Kelvin Kiptum’s wife Asenath Rotich fought tears as she read her tribute to herĀ  deceased husband.

In her tribute, Asenath mourned Kiptum, but promised that she will remain strong for the sake of their two children.

“My dear love, I can’t learn how to say goodbye to you. With weak fingers and pain in my heart, it is unbelievable that today I have to stay with our beloved kids without you coming home, I mourn my love.

“I have cried until no more, I will miss you and you are love of my life forever until we meet again. But I promise to gather my strength for the sake of our children. I hope in the spirit world you will inspire me to stand as a pillar to our children.,” she said.

Asenath added that, “I promise to make them smile in your honor. I will make you happy all the time.”

The mother of two further, who was overwhelmed with tears,Ā  noted that they had planned to tie the knot in a colorful ceremony in April 2024.

“But God’s plans are greater. I still make my vows ofĀ  love even in your rest,” she said.

“When your star was going to be the brightest, God chose you. You have been the best husband and father to our children, I will clearly miss your company. We will smile again, till we meet again my love, dance with angels. Bye. Rest in peace, she concluded.

There children, Caleb and precious also had a message to their father.

“Dear dad, we still can not believe you have left us, we always remember and love you.Ā  You have left a big void in our lives and lifeĀ  will never be the same again. You will always be in our thoughts, prayers and in our hearts. We love you daddy,” their tribute read.

Kiptum will be buried this Friday at his home in Uasin Gishu county.
