ICC flies incognito into the country to monitor 20 politicians

Date:

The International Criminal Court sent out their sleuth incognito into the country to conduct their investigations on 20 politicians ahead of the 2022 general elections.

Relying on credible sources, the ICC sleuths already landed in the country ahead of the general elections.

This time around, the ICC wants to have credible sources of information, witnesses, and evidence on politicians who have been inciting Kenyans to fight one another on ethnic grounds, and political divides.

The ICC does not want to be caught off-guard as it happened during the 2007/08 post-election violence where the prosecution relied on evidence gathered by nongovernmental organizations to prosecute the cases facing Uhuru, former head of Public Service Francis, William Ruto, and radio journalist Joshua Sang.
