DP Ruto Ally Josphat Kemboi Nursing Injuries After Being Shot And Dumped At Ngong Forest

Nairobi based Businessman Josphat Kemboi nursing gunshot wounds in Karen Hospital following an attack by unknown assailants.

According to reports, on the night of 29th October, 2020 two unknown individuals visited his house claiming they were police officers.

The two, produced fake identity cards claiming they were carrying out an investigation. After being ushered into the house in Lang’ata Estate they ransacked the whole house and later forced Kemboi out of his house.

They accosted him and ordered him to drive along with them in his car claiming they were heading to Muthaiga Police Station.

He was to later be found by good samaritans writhing in pain in a thicket in Ngong Forest. Using the samaritans phone, Kemboi was able to reach his friends who came to his rescue and rushed to Karen Hospital where he still admitted recuperating from muscle injury next to tibia/fibula on the right leg.

It is said after an altercation, the assailants shot him twice before they dumped him at Ngong forest. The matter is currently under investigation by the DCI at the Lang’ata Police Station.

Kemboi who is based in Nairobi has declared his interest in Kesses Parliamentary seat and there are speculations that the attack could have been politically instigated.
