Tanzanian model Hamisa Mobetto has come out to claim that Bongo music star, Diamond Platnumz desperately wanted to have a child with her while still married to Ugandan businesswoman Zari Hassan.
Hamisa said the Cheche” hitmaker got her pregnant three times but lost the first two pregnancies before they got their son.
They two have a son, Dylan Nassed out of wedlock.
At the time, Diamond was in a relationship with Zari Hassan, who was based in South Africa, and who she had cheated on with Hamisa.
After Dylan was born, Hamisa and Diamond had a nasty fallout, at one point the Hamisa was forced to take the singer to court for child support.
When asked in an interview with The Switch Team whether Diamond ever asked for a DNA test to certain whether the child was his, the model said:
“Nadhani katika mtu mwenye uhakika zaidi kuhusu mtoto kuwa ni wake au sio wake ni Diamond, kwa sababu hata kabla sijapata mimba ya Dylan, nilishapata ujauzito wake mara tatu na bahati mbaya ukaharibika.”
When reports emerged that Mobetto was expecting Diamond’s child, the singer quickly refuted the claims in an attempt to save his marriage to Zari.
Later he eventually owned up that indeed he cheated on his then partner Zari and sired a son with Hamisa.

Diamond Platnumz then vowed to do anything to salvage his four-year relationship with Zari before Zari eventually dumped him.
