Dennis Itumbi Badly Exposes A Big Gap In Ruto’s Win, Sending Kenya Kwanza Supporters Into Serious Panic

Date:

Blogger Dennis Itumbi has found himself in trouble with his Kenya Kwanza followers regarding deputy president William Ruto’s alleged win.

Dennis Itumbi on Tuesday morning took offense with the decision of the Supreme court to reduce the number of lawyers to four per candidate.

According to the blogger, the court’s decision to moderate the number of lawyers will highly disadvantage his boss since he would be represented by very few lawyers.

This is what the blogger wrote:

“From a Layman point of view, the Directions on Counsel is UNFAIR. THE parties seeking to NULLIFY WSR’s election will be represented by about TWENTY lawyers. Yet, WSR will only be represented by 4 lawyers. In Essence if each lawyer is handed 30 minutes. Those who want NULLIFICATION will have TEN hours and those defending the win will have TWO hours. If time is allocated to parties and each party is handed 2 hours, a similar situation applies. But I know the Court will revise the outright Unfair allocation!”

However, Itumbi’s sentiments did not go well with the majority of the kenya Kwanza and the azimio supporters who challenged him why he was getting worried over the number of lawyers if truly his candidate won freely and fairly.

According to these netizens, Itumbi and Kenya Kwanza camp ought not to bother about the number of lawyers if they did not play monkey games in the election. They argued that the president elect would in fact need only one lawyer and not four if truly he believes he defeated raila odinga and martha karua fairly. Below were the sentiments by both kenya  kwanza and azimio supporters:

“What a paradox.Azimio presented a truck load full of evidence and you present only a small carton and now you want 10 hours of court’s time….let’s be fair,1 carton 1 hour!!!!”

“If election were free and fair then why argue that your lawyers are not enough.”

“Umeanza kulia mapema. If he won fairly ruto doesn’t need a lot of lawyers to defend him. IEBC will do that.”

“Dennis, you can’t accuse the court of being unfair because it’s your team that dug themselves into a hole. The law requires a separate reply to each of the petition but your team called some of the petitions “surrogate petitions” and therefore decided to respond to all of them as a batch. It’s on that basis that they were allocated a single slot. For now make sure they have enough supply of chilled water, it might get a little hot 😆”

“I don’t think the president-elect lawyers need more time since the elections were free, fair and transparent, even 30mins is enough for them.”

“Do you really have to defend a free and fair win?? I honestly feel the deputy president should not bother about the number of lawyers if he believes he won freely and fairly.”
