Citizen TV has suspended veteran journalist Swaleh Mdoe after skipping work.
Reports privy to the matter stated that Mdoe was told not be on air for an unspecified period of time.
Mdoe reportedly missed to read 1oclock news one day.
He was told by the bosses not to be on air until further notice.
Citizen TV has however not commented on the issue as it is an internal affair.
Efforts to reach mdoe were futile as his phone went unanswered.
However, sources close to him indicated that he a doctor’s appointment on the day he skipped work.
