News reaching our news desk is that the remains of the Luo Ohangla musician, Abeny Jachiga is currently being laid to rest at his home in Chiga village Kisumu County.
Sources say the security is tight and nobody is allowed to attend the process.
The police have opted to barry the body at night after the fans of the late musician refused that the body won’t be barrier toady as they claimed they needed more time to more the musician.
The mourners even decided to take the body back to the area morgue as they planned for a later date of burial.
The family requested the authorities to let them mourn the music legend and conduct an autopsy on the deceased to establish the cause of his death.

Abennie Jachiga died on Thursday at a St Lazarous Hospital in Kisumu after a short illness.
He was expected to be buried as quickly as possible with only close family members attending the burial ceremony as regarded by the government guidelines to keep social distancing.
To curb the spread of coronavirus, the government issued a directive for burial for only fifteen close family members to attend the burial and the body to be buried as quickly as possible.
