Autopsy Report Reveals What Led To The Death Of Buruburu Girls Teacher

Date:

The mystery surrounding the death of Buruburu Girls’ High School teacher has been solved following an autopsy report.

The report from theĀ  Jocham Hospital mortuary in Mombasa County indicates that the teacher succumbed to the injuries he suffered after drowning.

Nelson Otsianda drowned in a swimming pool on Sunday November 14 at the Diani hotel’s swimming pool.

Msambweni police boss Fanuel Nasio said that his body had no soft injuries.

“This shows that he was not assaulted. Perhaps he was just drunk and fell in the water and did not know how to swim,ā€ Nasio told the press.

His family claimed that they had viewed a CCTV footage from the hotel that showed their kin being assaulted by unknown individuals who then pushed him ino the swimming pool.

“At the scene we found blood spots which signified that heĀ  bled and that’s why we became suspicious of the events,” the deceased’s father Cloud Otsianda stated.

He was however unaware that his son had gone to the coast until he was informed about the incident.

The teacher had gone on a vacation to the coast together with his four friends and they were staying at the Gisimba villas where they had checked in on Saturday.

According to the workers at the villa, the friends were drinking alcohol and playing music before the tragedy struck.

Otsianda’s colleagues tried to resuscitate him before taking him to the Diani Beach Hospital.
