Angels Can’t Be Bribed! Rare Spectacle As Baby Refuses To Take William Ruto’s Money

Date:

Deputy president William Ruto set tongues wagging after a baby he was carrying repeatedly refused to take his money despite how hard he tried giving it the cash.

Ruto’s campaign in Laikipia county didn’t go quite well per se. First, supporters of former Mungiki leader Maina Njenga caused havoc in nearly all stopover forcing the DP to angrily slam them.

Then there was also the baby incident that caught the attention of many and provided fodder for Ruto’s critics to tear him apart.

At a stopover in Laikipia during his campaign trail, Ruto was given a baby to carry as he sat on the roof of his vehicle.

The DP who is used to giving locals handouts whenever he visits, decided to give the baby some cash as well.

He took a few wads of a thousand shillings notes from someone in his car and gave the little girl he was carrying.

To Ruto’s surprise, the baby utterly refused to take his money. The little girl pulled her hand away every time the DP tried to squeeze the cash onto her hands.

Ruto then tried to look for pockets anywhere on the girl’s cloths so that he could put the money in but he couldn’t find any.

The shocking incident gave Ruto’s critics the perfect opportunity to troll him over his cash handouts and corruption record.
