The azimio supporters have been pissed off by a video of one transline classic employee mocking Raila Odinga following the supreme court ruling.
The video which has gone viral showed the transline classic employee chanting “amkeni ameshindwa tena” loosely translated as “wake up Raila has lost elections again.”
The man who spoke while recording himself on live video repeated those “amkeni ameshindwa tena” words.
Consequently, most people wondered why the staff was uttering those words in front of customers at the business premise yet 90% of their customers are Raila Odinga supporters. Below were the sentiments by Kenyans on the video:
“And I can confidently I will never set a foot on the said bus again. I urge our people to boycott the bus company as a plague.”
“Transline mostly operate in Nyanza region and this man mocks the man from luo? Wow. Is anyone still boarding those dilapidated buses of theirs?”
” The only solution to this is if we become owners and not just customers .. boycotting is sweet when you have an option”
“I think our people should boycott their services and drive them out of our area”
“Extremely insensitive.. people of such nature need to be thoroughly caned. The kinds of hard feelings that people are harbouring at this point are not a joke.. they could erupt at any time if provoked.”
“Transline has worst services , customers are ever complaining of lost parcels now we know”
” Transline classic staffs , there is something known as public perception in Business next time put that into consideration.”
“Let them celebrate freely, had Raila Odinga won, we’d have done it more than them. Our time will come. Let the winner celebrate. As long as a Kiuk is tending to my cows in Naivasha and a Nandi nice lady is my house help. Ni bidii yako tu.”
“To him it was a video for likes but the repercussions are going to be hard and unbearable.”
