Photos and a video emerged online showing DP William Ruto and Oscar Sudi in Dubai thus explaining why Ruto has been missing in Kenya Kwanza rallies.
It is alleged that DP Ruto went to Dubai on a private business while other reports indicated that the second in command had visited the nation to see a personal doctor for treatment of an unknown health condition.
According to the video shared on social media, DP Ruto and the Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi were having a good time at a particular place.
Sudi looks thrilled with the surrounding that comprises skyscrapers and a fountain and it is evident that he could not keep calm about it as he is seen engaging DP Ruto.

His reaction also had people talking with some claiming that he had taken his backwood behavior to Dubai
“I wonder how Oscar sudi is communicating with the waiters and the waitress in that restaurant,” Sankara Joho said.

Others however claimed that the two are not real hustlers as they were enjoying life on a silver plate.
