The no nonsense Machakos governor Alfred Mutua has finally weighed in on the allegations thrown at him by activist Boniface Mwangi.
Through a long demand letter written by J. Harrison Kinyanjui & Co Advocates, Mr. Alfred Mutua vehemently distanced himself from the allegations by the activist that he (Mutua) was responsible for the destruction of his house in Machakos.
As a result, Alfred Mutua made the following five demands to the activist failure to which he faces serious consequences:

1. That he retracts and pull down all of the said libelous and defamatory publications, concerning Mr. Mutua in the same prominent manner that he did spreading the allegations.
2. That he publishes an apology which is acceptable to them in the manner approved by their client.
3. That at his expense, he publishes an apology in wording and in a manner approved by our client, and in the same prominence as the offending publications.
4. That he pulls down from the internet and any other web-based resource or archive where the said publication has been stored, posted or is stored, and you provide a certificate to our client of such pulling down of the publication.
5. That he undertakes in writing that he will not publish any further defamatory material in like manner or related to the offending article herein complained of
In the letter, Alfred Mutua’s lawyers also threatened to take legal actions on the activist if he fails to do as their client demands in the letter . They argued that the videos posted by Boniface Mwangi has not only ruined the reputation of the Machakos boss but also portrayed his image in a certain way.
The visibly angry activist on Wednesday morning regretted that the house he had worked hard with his family to build had to go down in seconds after it was bombed by unknown goons. Consequently, the activist vowed not to be cowed down by governor Alfred Mutua.
“You are a bad man, i am not afraid of you. You blowing up my house, it is just a physical thing you can blow it up, you can even kill me but i will expose you as long as i live. You have blown up my house. A house that we have worked so hard with my family to build but i shall come after you and truth will come after you.
You not gonna rest easy. You used the government to come and harass me but am not one of your women that you can molest. Me, I won’t go down easily, you have to fight harder, I am not Juliani am not Lillian and I am not afraid of you.
So you have blown up my house, its fine, its gonna collapses, tomorrow morning i’m gonna go there to document and show how evil you are as a man. You are an evil man, and you will never amount to anything. You might have money but you are a f@@@ing nothing. Your nothing! You have blown up my family’s house.” Said Mwangi in a video clip.
