Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria admitted to hospital for the last 27 days battling Covid-19.
Apparently nobody would have known what Moses Kuria had been battling with for the past 27 days if he wouldn’t have come forward to tell the entire world on social media.
Moses Kuria maintains that COVID-19 is real and he’s a living proof of that after he shared a photo of himself admitted at the Karen Hospital.
“I really hope that beyond all the debate around Covid-19, all and sundry will not forget that Corona Virus is real.” Moses Kuria said.
Moses Kuria stressed the importance of keeping safe, isolating, and sanitizing but most importantly, he thanked everyone who continues to put their lives in harm’s way every single time they report to work.
“The worst thing we can do is to lower our guard! And above all let us remember our gallant front line workers- Not just doctors and nurses like but subordinate staff who put their lives in the line of danger to give care to Corona Virus patients.”
Moses Kuria, having experienced the disease first hand for the past 27 days knows how much the health workers sacrifice their lives to help the patients who are suffering from the pandemic, coronavirus, COVID-19.
“If you are in a hospital bed- Like myself for the last 27 days here at Karen Hospital you witness first hand the amount of sacrifice they make amid vert difficult circumstances.
You learn to focus more on the virus and our front line workers, and less on sideshows. We shall overcome COVID-19” he added.
Moses Kuria is the first outspoken, Kenyan Member of Parliament to test positive for the pandemic, COVID-19.
