It’s with a heavy heart that parents in Nyeri County are willing to give away their two children, for free.
The father of two-year and ten-months old children, Mr. Samuel Ndung’u disclosed that he is rather sad, defeated and in pain to have to see his two children together with his wife going to bed hungry without eating anything for days.
The Coronavirus, COVID-19 pandemic has rendered the professional handyman jobless having no other means of supporting his wife and children.
Together with his wife, Mr. Samuel deemed it wise to at least offer to give away their children to anyone out there, for free so that at least they can be able to eat three meals a day if possible which is something the parents can’t provide right now.
Ndung’u and wife live in a tiny single room that doesn’t have enough essentials to supplement themselves.
“Nmeshindwa kuwapea watoto wangu chakula, hata kujinunulia mavazi. Nimeamua kumtafuta mtu nimpe watoto wangu free of charge.” Samuel said.
“Nilifikiri maisha itakua mzuri lakini imenilemea. Kidogo tajiri akijua ya kwamba ati wewe maisha yako ni ya chini, anakuchukua kama chombo.”
