A viral photo doing the rounds online yesterday caused a lot of shock and awe among Kenyans. Why? In the photo, a man who is seen donning maroon underwear is observed hanging out at the counter of a Kenyan police station.
Many Kenyans online sought to find out what coud have happened that precipitated the once in a lifetime sighting. Wonder no more as the truth has come to light.
Apparently, the unidentified naked man run into the Embakasi Police Station on Saturday night, June 13, seeking protection from a Kenyan Defence Forces (KDF) officer who was hot on his heels.
According to the man, the dramatic event kicked off when his girlfriend’s ‘late’ husband suddenly budged into their house and found them together.
“The lady told me she was a widow and that her husband had died during the Dusit D2 terror attack.
“I didn’t know the husband was not only alive but was also a KDF officer stationed in Nanyuki barracks,” the frightened man explained, while also seeking police protection.
He maintained his innocence while constantly looking over his shoulder in fear for his life, as the irate military officer seemed to be out for vengeance.
