Jubilee Candidates Who Have Wiped Uhuru’s Tears After His Close Allies Were Sent Packing

A number of big names in Jubilee were sent home to retire with their leader President Uhuru Kenyatta in an Unexpected turn of events.

They include Amos Kimunya of Kipipiri, Jeremia Kioni of Ndaragua constituency, Ngunjiri Wambugu(Nyeri Township), Jimmy Angwenyi of Kitutu chache among others.

Several Jubilee candidates have however managed to restore the glory of the party after m clinching parliamentary seats in the recently concluded general elections.

John Waluke of Sirisia Constituency managed to retain his seat after garnering 16,461 votes. Ford Kenya’s Nasiuma Wafula came second with  8,811 votes.

Ruweida Mohamed Obo who also vied on a Jubilee Ticket in the Lamu-East Parliamentary seat. She beat the incumbent  Sharif Athman Ali, to become the first ever female MP of the area. Ruweida garnered 5,498 votes against Ali’s 4,633.

Agnes Pareiyo secured Narok North parliamentary seat, beating ODM’s Allan Meingati.

Jubilee also got a chance in West Mugirango after Stephen Mogaka was announced the MP elect.

It is alleged that Dennis Waweru of Jubilee scooped the Dagoretti South parliamentary seat but official results are yet to be released.
