Date:

It is all smiles for single Kenyan men and women who are searching for partners to be in relationships with that may eventually lead to a happy ever after.

This is because the exercise has been made easy for them. All single Kenyans can find love through a click of a button on their phones or computers.

Pacaya, a Kenyan dating App, was recently launched in Nairobi to lighten the task of finding love and provide opportunities for its members to participate in trips, concerts, and networking.

The launch went down at Sarabi Rooftop in Sankara hotel, Westlands mid this month with a good number of people in attendance.

The App was founded by three Kenyan men namely  Mwangi Gakere, Chris Munene and Kamau Kibugi whose main wish and goal is to see their members go out on dates and develop relationships that lead to marriages.

“We want to make your existence meaningful on the app by not only just connecting you to people but to those that matter the most. We deploy robust technology to ensure your interactions on pacaya are interesting, rewarding and above all safe,” the owners said.

  • Cat fishing, Phishing, bullying etc is prohibited: The app has moderators that examine content to ensure each member adheres to community guidelines.
  • Any one who solicits money, sex, business or engages in unacceptable conduct, is banned from the site.
  • Safety tips and hotlines for emergencies are also available
  • For first time dates, they suggest certain restaurants where they, Pacaya, have a relationship with the management to ensure everyone’s safety.
