The court has ordered Diana Marua to pull down a defamatory video against Willy Paul from her YouTube channel.
This follows a lawsuit that Willy Paul filed at the Nairobi Milimani commercial court on December 23.
Willy Paul’s application was heard by Senior Principal Magistrate D.W Mburu on December 29 in the absence of Diana who is the defendant\respondent.
The court further warned other people against spreading the defaming video title My untold story, Willy Paul attempted to rape me, pending hearing and determination of the lawsuit.
Willy Paul shared the court order on his social media pages where he demanded that defamatory videos and posts against him be pulled down.
“BREAKING NEWS : pull down the defamatory videos and posts!!Truth Sun and the Moon can never be hidden Long,” the Coco hitmaker said.
“If you spend your time hoping someone will suffer the consequences for what they did to your heart, then you’re allowing them to hurt you a second time in your mind. The arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends towards justice,” the artist further said.
He insisted that he has suffered financially, morally and psychologically because of Diana’s accusations.
“The accusations labeled against me have caused me untold suffering, financial loss and my dignity as a father , the politics in the industry are dirty and it hurts me because it’s from people I regarded as a family. I do not wish to say Further, the Innocent cry to God and He surely listens,” Willy Paul shared.

The stand off between Willy Paul and Diana was witnessed after Diana joined the music industry late in November.
Willy Paul criticized Diana’s music and called it traumatizing. Diana however went ahead and said that Willy Paul was just being jealous because of her achievements just a few days after releasing her first song.
In his response, Willy Paul released a diss track whereby he claimed that he had slept with Diana before and that’s when Diana came out to give her side of the story, accusing Willy Paul of attempted rape.
She also claimed that more women came out to narrate their encounters with Willy Paul and promised to take legal action against the artist.
