Barack Obama Hate Kenyan Songs Like Hell Despite Being A Luo From Siaya

Date:

Well, If you are a Kenyan musician planning to entertain former US president Barack Obama, then you better think twice because his taste is not as easy as going to the farm to harvest guavas.

It’s no doubt Barack Obama enjoys listening to a variety of music if his revelations in his official social media handles are anything to go by.

“I’ve always enjoyed listening to a wide variety of music, so it’s no surprise that I listened to a little bit of everything this year. I hope you find a new artist or song to add to your own playlist.” Wrote Obama.

However, netizens were quick to notice that the former US president who is a luo from Siaya did not have a single song from Kenya in his list of favorite songs.

Some of the songs that the former United States President listed include; The only heartbreaker by Mitski, Pepas by Ferruko, Freedom by John Batiste, Its Way with me by Wye Oaks, Nightflyer by Allison Russel, Montero (Call me by your name) by Lil Nax, Broken horses by Brandy Carlile, Gold Chains by Genesis Owusu, I don’t live here anymore by The War On Drugs ft. Lucius and Witchoo by Durand Jones ft. Indications, ft. Aaron Frazer.

Barrack Obama added that he enjoys listening to: Notice by Tammy Lakkis, Armash by Teddy Afro, Volvi by Aventura ft. Bad Bunny, Boomerang by Yebba, In my Blood by MO3 ft. Morray, Rumors by Lizzo ft. Cardi B, Walking at a downtown pace by Parquet courts amongst others.
