Diana Marua has responded to Willy Paul’s critics after she decided to join the music industry and released her first song recently.
Just after Diana launched her music career, Willy Paul was interviewed and asked to give his take on her move.
Willy Paul however laughed at the question before saying that she should work hard and pray because the journey she was taking was not easy.
“I can only tell her this journey is not easy, she can ask Bahati. But if she prays, and works hard God will listen to her,” Willy Paul said.
He however went to his social media account and continued his criticisms in what seemed to have been directed to the Bahati family.
“Tired of listening to bad music from that family? The family of manduru na ma off-keys?? I know most of you are still traumatized coz of that ka incident… don’t worry I got you covered n ready to help,” Willy Paul said on Instagram.
He went ahead and apologized for the ‘difficult’ time that music lovers had to go through because of listening to the music.
“Go listen to #theafricanexperiencealbum on @boomplaymusicke now, thank me later… Once again I’m sorry you had to go through all that.. my album will heal you,” the I do hitmaker said.
According to Diana, Willy Paul is just jealous because of the success she has achieved in just three days in the industry yet he has been in the industry for so long.
“I have released a song and it already has 1 million views in just 3 days. This guy has been in the industry for so long. Yet I just joined music 3 days ago. I just feel he is hating because I am ahead of him and he has been doing this for years,” Diana said in an interview with Jalang’o and Kamene during the Kiss FM breakfast show.
