Harambee Stars had hosted Comoros where they drew 1-1 at the Safaricom’s Kasarani Stadium. After the home match, the stars under the leadership of Jacob Mulee travelled to play Comoros in the AFCON qualifier.

However, most Kenyans came to Mulee’s defense and according to them, the team ought to be blamed and not the manager. Others added that the challenge is with the team management at the national level as opposed to the coaching staff.
