A veteran Luo journalist who also doubled as the Homa Bay County communications boss Juma Aluoch has succumbed to Covid-19.
Juma Aluoch passed on at the Homa Bay County Referral Hospital while receiving treatment at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The journalist was admitted to the facility after testing positive of Covid-19.
The late Juma was a former correspondent with the Radio Ramogi’s Royal Media Services before landing a job as Governor Awiti’s director of communication.
According to the county executive committee member for health Prof Richard Muga, the late spent a night at the Homa Bay Referral Hospital Before his condition deteriorated
