Kalonzo Urges Kenyans To Support BBI Report

Date:

Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka has asked Kenyans to fully back the BBI report saying it presents a chance to foster peace in the country.

Speaking after opening Wiper’s office, Nyahururu branch, Musyoka said BBI will bring to an end a divisive country and allow Kenyans to live in harmony.

The former Vice-President recalled how elections in the country have been characterized by violence and expressed optimism that the BBI report would help bring to an end to the chaos.

“BBI ensures that all Kenyans are united as one nation and one people. It will enable us to build a nation that does not entertain tribalism, but encourages peace and unity throughout the country,” Kalonzo said.

“We must declare that there should be no more violence after every election,” said the former Vice-President.

Kalonzo further stated that BBI was not meant to benefit leaders but was geared towards improving the livelihoods of all Kenyans.
