59-year Old Esther Passaris Reveals The Secret Behind Her Young And Vibrant Look

Date:

Nairobi woman rep Esther Passaris has broken silence after going viral over a photo that many deemed explicit.

Passaris went viral after sharing a photo that showcased her thighs as she celebrated her 59th birthday on October 20.

“Today I celebrate turning 59 with gratitude to God and to my parents. I treasure my memories and moments of solitude. I treasure my family, friends and fans alike. Never taking for granted your love. I treasure being comfortable in my skin and loving all of me.#HappyMashujaaDay,” she captioned the photo that left men drooling.

However, speaking during the lunch of Maisha magic’s new TV series Zari, Passaris insinuated that she doesn’t mind about the reactions that the photo elicited.

“Just turned 59 I rocked the internet I think all of you saw my legs, feeling great,” she said.

She went on to explain how she manages to look young despite her age.

“First of all I live in gratitude, I am always grateful for a new day, I am grateful for all the lessons that I have learnt, sometimes life beats you down but you look at the as lessons. I don’t take anything serious and when the problem is too big to me, I hand it over to God, and say ‘You know what, this is your problem to solve, let me continue with my day.’ You jus have to try to be happy and also love yourself.

“There are a lot of people who don’t love themselves. If you don’t like yourself you are not going to have a good life. It starts with with loving yourself. I say to myself every morning I love you and I say to myself every morning you are beautiful. I don’t need somebody to validate me, I validate myself. If somebody comes to my life, they will compliment me  they are not in my life to make me who I am,” she said.
