Thanks to the handshake that brought peace in Kenya, President Uhuru Kenyatta landed in Kisumu via a chopper in a clandestine visit there.
A fleet of three military choppers landed at Kisumu Port a few hours ago carrying the President of the Republic of Kenya and his entourage.
The event is a low key event and media and the public have been barred from attending it.
Corroborated reports have it that the President was at the Naivasha dry port yesterday.

The President and former leader of Opposition, Raila Odinga are scheduled to inspect the progress of the completion of the Kisumu Port after they launched it together.
The government pumped 3 billion into the refurbishment of the port that has already been ferried over 17 million of petroleum products to Uganda.
