Wonders Shall Never End! Meet Kenyan Doctor Who Walks Barefooted, Here Is Why He Doesn’t Put On Shoes

Date:

While a pastor from Togo decided to put on women’s shoes to kill body aches, a Kenyan  doctor, Khamisi Kote Ali, decided to go barefoot.

Dr. Khamisi, founder and C.E.O of Premier Rehab and Wellness Centres and The Human Garage, has shocked many  after he revealed that he does not put on shoes.

The professional Chiropractic, spoke to Dr. King’ori, a presenter at NTV,  where he said that he has walked barefooted for two years now.

“I started developing low back pain and at a time I traveled to Thailand and stayed with some monks,  I realized they don’t wear shoes and I was very curious  to know why. I ended up realizing that whenever we put our feet on the ground we connect with mother nature. Our body is filled with electrolytes that whenever we put our feet on the ground is like we recharge our body,” Khamisi explained.

According to him, putting on shoes is not healthy and causes more harm to the body as compared to the benefits, an example being the high heels and stilettos that women put on. He said that the shoes cause them to have headaches, gas problems, body aches among other effects.

“The way to recharge our body, all of us walk around with inflammation, a lot of aches here and there, put your feet down on the ground, touch dirt, play with dirt and see most of the chronic pains, chronic illness will disappear. You may think shoes will give you more protection, more hygiene and all that but at the end of the day it is not true.

Khamisi says he has no problem with going barefoot in Nairobi or anywhere else because that is how he used to go to school while in primary school. They would even go to the toilet barefoot and nothing happened to them.

He further said he is not putting on shoes for anyone’s sake but for his own good and his health. He added that that has bore fruits within the two years.

“I have absolutely no ache in my body, I have nothing like gas or constipation or acidity in my body, I sleep 8 hours straight, I can do things that most people my age would not do,” Khamisi noted.

He also said  that he has lots of shoes in his house but he will never wear them again.

“I have decided that I need to educate people, I am not telling you to go everywhere without shoes but I am telling you we need to be putting our feet, our hands dirty on the ground, connect with mother nature to recharge our system,” Dr. Khamisi said.
