Asad Khan is still fighting for his life after their fight with Maxine Wahome at their Kilimani apartment.

After her brief detainment, Maxine was released on a Ksh 100,000 bail from custody angering many Kenyans.

On Wednesday, when Maxine Wahome was present in court, the magistrate denied the police’s plea to remand her in detention for an additional 14 days while she awaited trial for causing serious bodily harm to Asad Khan.

Asad Khan is recuperating as blood donation drive continues to save his life.

Police are investigating what actually happened between the cross generational couple.

Maxine Wahome, a rally driver, was involved in a near-fatal altercation with her partner in Kileleshwa, Nairobi, which has been attributed on her decision to stay out late and arrive home late.

Maxine reportedly went out with friends on Monday night and returned home early on Tuesday, upsetting her lover Asad Khan, according to the police.

The well-known rally driver, Maxine was taken into custody on Tuesday, December 13 in the early hours for reportedly abusing her race driver partner Khan.
