Diamond Platnumz spent Christmas Day in a hospital bed. In a video, the Yope hit singer had his blood extracted by doctors for medical tests.
After posting a video of himself in a hospital bed, the musician took to Instagram to reassure his followers that everything is well.
He expressed his gratitude to his fans for their heartfelt good wishes saying;
“I thank you all for your prayers, your calls and messages have comforted me in these days of my pain. I was not blessed to have a good X-Mass this year.”
He was unable to hold his performances due to cancelations and unanticipated health issues.
There is no confirmation yet on whether he is putting together plans for a make-up concert in Rwanda after sending his apology for being unable to rock the stage at a concert that was scheduled for December 23.
Diamond Platnumz postponed a few events in the run-up to Christmas, but he reassured supporters that his New Year’s Eve concert in Zanzibar was still going to take place.
“But I thank the Almighty God for blessing me to continue well and today giving me the strength to go back to my practice for my show of CHEERS 2023 on 31st December at @ramadaresortdar Sorry for the delay in announcing the prices and official stations of tickets. Unconfirmed reports said he had high blood pressure but, he’s yet to communicate what’s ailing him. Generally, his fans are concerned after he was hospitalized on Christmas Day.
