Wavinya Ndeti says she bought her ‘cheap’ outfit in Germany and it’s very expensive

Date:

Kenyans say Wavinya Ndeti hired the tailor DP Rigathi Gachagua replaced.

Machakos Governor Wavinya Ndeti has once more spoken on her dress code.

The outfit she was wearing in the particular photo wasn’t the issue, according to the governor, who was speaking to Citizen TV on Monday night; rather, it was the angle at which the picture had been taken.

Ndeti claimed to have a good sense of style and said that the same outfit was purchased in Germany.

“When you look back I am a good dresser and also I don’t dress cheap. I have taste, I like good things and I don’t wear cheap things. By the way that suit is very expensive, it is from Germany only that I lost a little weight…hii kazi imefanya nikonde kidogo,” Wavinya said.

She added that her sense of style is always influenced by her surroundings and that it always differs when she is interacting with people on the ground.

“Ukinikuta huko mashinani utashangaa, unavaa rubber shoes, unavaa biker na kitenge na unaingia ground hata kitambaa unafunga, sio saa yote ati nikuwe…….you know..” she says.

Kenyans criticized the county governor in November of last year for “dressing poorly” when speaking to county citizens on her birthday.
