Vincent Mboya, a man in his early 20s, who became popular after begging Jalang’o to help him clear his rent arrears, is back again.
Mboya is now calling on well-wishers to help him after losing everything to thugs on Thursday last week.
In an interview with a local website, the young man emotionally claimed that he returned to his house only to find the padlock broken and the house empty.
“I reported the incident to Kwa Maji Police Post on the same day in the evening. Our caretaker also went and recorded a statement but I am yet to know who broke into my house,” said Mboya.
He added that he was not chasing clout as some people claim on social media while saying that he is tired of asking for help every time.
“Honestly speaking I cannot tell who is behind this because when you look at social media, about 70% of people hate me. As we are speaking right now, I have nothing, I don’t even have a bed. If someone can help me get at least a mattress and a duvet, or someone helps me start any business, I will thank God, because I am tired of asking for help each and every time,” he added.
Early last month, Jalang’o cautioned Mboya against ever using his name to chase clout again but forgave him for spoiling his name and asked him to find something constructive to do with his life.
“I have forgiven you and this is the last time I should hear you talk about me or follow me with placards. “You are making me look bad and I’m not that kind of a person. I’m a very good person, you looking for me with placards everywhere makes me look bad yet I have done everything I can to keep away from you and you still do the same,” Jalang’o said
