President Trump’s legal team has filed a case in Michigan to terminate counting of votes, citing lack of access.
According to President Trump, his campaign side did not get proper access to verify the processing and opening of absentee ballots.
The lawsuit came in the wake of Biden’s win in Michigan to grab all the 16 electoral colleges. This Biden’s resounding victory was unexpected since President Trump was almost 100% sure of winning it.
This is what President Trump’s campaign manager had to say: “As votes in Michigan continue to be counted, the presidential race in the state remains extremely tight as we always knew it would be.”
He noted their they were not given meaningful access to several counting stations to observe the whole process of counting as per Michigan law.

They not only filed their claim to the Michigan Court of Claims but also demanded that they be granted chance to review the ballot boxes. The campaign manager further added that President Trump is keen on ensuring that only legal votes are counted in Michigan and all the other places. The judge will be expected to give a ruling on that matter and issue the necessary direction.
