In 2021, a poll revealed that almost half of Americans would support Dwayne if he decided to run for the presidency.

The 51-year-old actor  admitted to being flattered by the support, saying that he was “really honoured” by the result of the poll.

However The Rock did not details of political parties which approached him for the White House job.

If he accepts the endorsement, The Rock will battle it out with President Joe Biden who is expected to defend his seat in 2024.

Despite his age and criticism, Biden maintained that he was the right man for the White House job.

Former President Donald Trump is also expected to contest in 2024 with the aim of unseating Biden.

At the moment, Trump is still faced with a number of court cases which he hopes to be cleared ahead of the contest.
