A 17 year old teen who was accused of shooting will be granted a $2million dollar bail. This follows a decision that was made by a court commissioner.
Kyle Rittenhouse was on August charged with shooting in Kenosha. He appeared in court on Monday where his lawyer asked for bail to be limited at $750,000. On the other hand, the prosecution urged the court to release him on a bail of $2 million.
To compound Kyle’s problems, the father of one of the victims demanded that he be released on $4 million. His reason for that was because the suspect thinks that he is way much above the law.
The judge sided with prosecutor and granted him a bail of $2 million because Kyle was a flight risk.
