Contradiction arose with regards to the cause of death for Kilimani mum Sally Wangeci during her burial in Subukia, Nakuru county.
According to the eulogy, the family made it clear that the late Kilimani mum Sally Wangeci died of severe back pain related issues.
It even emerged during the burial that in 2015, the deceased was involved in a serious road accident along the Nanyuki highway where she injured her spinal cord. As a result, she had been receiving frequent treatment and at one point went through spinal surgery.
However, in 2018 her condition worsened and was taken to India for the 2nd spine surgery. While there, she was put on close checkups in a bid to take care of her bad situation.
The Eulogy added that the deceased was rushed to the hospital on the fateful night and was pronounced dead on arrival.
“On that fateful day. She complained of severe back pain and she took medication only to later collapse during the night and was rushed to hospital when she was pronounced dead on arrival.” It read.
Kilimani Mum Sally Wangeci reportedly died on Sunday night after their family doctor administered an intravenous injection for vitamin C.
A police report at the Kilimani Division revealed the death of the 39 year old Sally Wangeci who later became unconscious immediately after receiving the injection.
“”It was reported by one Griffin Chogo that last night (0100hrs), he (reportee) together with his wife were given an intravenous injection for vitamin C supplement by their family doctor in their house.
The wife, namely Sally Wangeci aged 39 years became unconscious and was rushed to Nairobi hospital at around 0300hrs where she was pronounced dead on arrival. Action taken: Scene was visited and processed by SOC personnel. The body was moved to Lee funeral home pending autopsy. Case PUI.” Read the police report (OB).
A source which quoted blogger Edgar Obare claimed that Amber Ray’s friend was killed after she opted for a skin whitening injection.
“Controversial blogger Edgar Obare has revealed to his followers about what killed Sally, popularly known as Empresal. The death of Sally was announced by socialite Amber Ray on her Instagram page. However, the socialite failed to reveal what killed her.
After digging deep with his followers, Edgar has revealed that Sally died after receiving a whitening injection (intravenous injection for vitamin c supplement). As reported, Sally was being given this supplement by a family doctor in her house. Sadly, the celebrity died before finishing the procedure. Other reports seen by Sonko News claimed that Sally Wangeci Kilimani was high while she was receinging the injection which made her blood pressure go up to uncontrollable levels.
“She was undergoing that process Amber goes to do for Glutathione/Vit C while she was still high on alcohol. Her blood pressure went up and the unfortunate happened. I work with Sally’s cousin and we were together when she received the saddening phone call to inform her of her demise.” Said the source familiar with the incident.
However, her friend Amber Ray vehemently denied the allegations that she died while trying to bleach her skin with the vitamin C supplement.
“I’ve never been the kind of a person to address rumours but I just want to make it clear that my BFF didn’t die of skin bleaching injection as all idlers claim
“She was born naturally light and so beautiful, and we are still waiting for the postmortem results. So please, as much as it’s tea for you, at least get your facts right!
“Imagine we as her closest people we don’t know yet what killed her and you a stranger, you are busy running your mouth. Shame on you all!” She wrote.
