Nakuru Senator, Susan KIhika on Sunday blasted President Uhuru’s attempt to run to ‘Tangatanga’ wing of Jubilee for help in the adoption of the proposed Finance Bill in the Senate.
This comes after reports said President Uhuru Kenyatta was planning to turn to Jubilee Senators after disappointment by Raila and his troops in the senate.
Sources claimed that President Uhuru was planning to summon a meeting after Nasa Senators failed to endorse the proposed revenue sharing formula.
Stung by the resistance from Nasa Senators, senior Jubilee party said the party Parliamentary Group meeting that is supposed to take place today would also be used to reach out to the rebel wing associated with Deputy President.
The official added that reconciliation between Tangatanga wing and Kieleweke fraction of Jubilee Party was also on the table.
The President’s plan has however dealt a huge blow after some Senators allied to Deputy President William Ruto claimed the President deserved no help from them after being thrown out of various parliamentary leadership positions.
According to Senator Susan Kihika, the president was now looking for his family that he had thrown out after falling out with his new family allies (Nasa) so that they can help him accomplish a task.

“Some guy kicked out his wife and kids and moved in another woman and her kids. Now he needs the family’s support to accomplish a task. His ‘new family’ has refused to help,” Senator Susan wrote on her Twitter wall.
The senator asked if the Tangatanga wing (the old family) to show finger at the husband, watch the show unfold, or hold their noses and help him.
“Should the old family; hold their noses and help him, watch the show unfold or show him the middle figure?” She posed.
