Savora Hotels and Resorts Kenya expanded its chain by opening a new restaurant in the upscale Lavington estate.
In a statement dated Wednesday, September 13, the market leader in the hotel industry stated that the new outlet will be known as Thai Chi by Sarova.
Thai Chi by Sarova will be the first restaurant within the quiet upscale Lavington area offering Thai Cuisine at 102 Manyani East Road.
The new restaurant will focus on well-established Thai and Pan-Asian culinary delights, taking its inspiration from the classic dishes of 5 Far East Countries –Thailand, Japan, Vietnam, China and Korea.
According to the management, the new Thai Chi by Sarova was brought alive by an abundance of lush vegetation. Natural ventilation was also prioritized by maximizing open spaces.
Ingredients used in the kitchen will be ethically and sustainably sourced from local farmers. With a casual yet elegant service model, quick and efficient service which is a hallmark of Sarova Hotels will be delivered with a smile while the menu offering will be stewarded by a specialty chef from Thailand.
“We have worked hard to create a menu that reflects our passion for quality, creativity and diversity. We invite you to explore our dishes, enjoy our ambiance and share our vision. We are more than just a restaurant; we are a community.
And we are honored to have you as part of it. Please come back soon and bring your friends and family. Thank you again for your support,” stated Jimi Kariuki, MD of Sarova Hotels & Resorts Kenya during the restaurant’s launch.
Thai Chi By Sarova will operate on Tuesdays to Fridays from 11 am to 11 pm and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 8 am to 11 pm.
The restaurant shall remain closed on Mondays.
