Mumias East Member of Parliament has exposed a lawyer and Kakamega small claims court after a warrant of arrest was issued against him.
The court issued a warrant of arrest against the controversial lawmaker, after he failed to clear Kshs500,000 debt of a Kakamega businessman as it had ruled.
Salasya has however protested the move accusing the court of intimidating him.
He went on to expose the complainant’s lawyer for swindling him.
Apparently, he send Kshs70,000 for the payment for the debt through the lawyer, Edwin Wafula, but seems the lawyer pocketed the amount.
“Munaona ile wash wash iko kakamega courts .yani advocate anakula na court they make any rulings against you, una commit payments as per the law to the advocate of the complainant anakukula pesa anaambia korti Ali reverse pesa back to me.
“I think kakamega courts needs serious clean up .Yani pia wakili huwa wash wash jameni adi nimeogopa afadhali nilipie sasa direct to the court .If Edwin wafula is standing in for your matter shauri yako ni wash wash he will either wash you or wash both of you anaosha hadi MP ama nimusamehe tu ,” he said.
He also shared screenshots seemingly of conversations between his lawyer and Wafula.
