Deputy president William Samoei Ruto is not happy with the controversial Roots party presidential candidate Mr. George Luchiri Wajackoyah.
Through the head of his digital communication team Mr. Denis Itumbi, William Ruto has expressed his dissatisfaction with Wajackoyah for planning to launch his manifesto the same day he is set to launch his on Thursday.
Denis Itumbi even alleged without providing evidence that a powerful force was behind Mr. Wajackoyah just to drive attention from the Kenya Kwanza event scheduled for tomorrow.
“Roots Party Presidential candidate George Wajackoyah to launch his manifesto Thursday 30th June at KICC. Who Booked and Paid? The obvious guys…The ones who wanted a joint Media Interview Tomorrow, but were forced to have it Yesterday..But hamna Problem..#FreedomIsComing There is only one PLAN…#TheHustlerNationPLAN.” Complained Itumbi.
However, Itumbi’s complaints did not go well with a number of Kenyans who argued that nothing was wrong with the Roots presidential candidate launching his manifesto the same day with Kenya Kwanza. The following were the responses by Kenyans:
“Lol. Why are you looking down on a real hustler like Wajackoya? 😂 Unadhani haezi pata pesa ya manifesto launch?”
“What you should do is, pay the media to have your event covered live; they will definitely ignore Wajakoyah;s event. Otherwise, hamwezi kuwa mnafukuza media kwa events zenu then expect free publicity of your manifesto from them.”
“It never crossed my mind that Wajackoyah will be giving you sleepless nights…….mambo kangaja huja”
“Just because Wajackoyah has a following of Middle class citizens haimaanisha he can’t afford KICC, this is so disrespectful the same way you have been calling other political parties in Kenya kwanza “Tuchama” shame on you Dennis. Wajackoyah started working before you were born so he can afford KICC by himself”
“So Roots party should not launch his manifesto because you guys will be launching?Maisha ni yake, nyinyi shughulikeni na zenu.”
