Musician Rose Muhando has had to deal with naysayers who constantly brand her as a cursed or sickly individual who needs to repent.
The once iconic musician who was angered to the core shut down rumours that she was in hospital again months after being discharged.
She bellowed at people who branded her a store for diseases and assured her loyal listeners that she was alive, well and as fit as a fiddle.
The healthy singer announced this through a short YouTube clip after learning that some guys were spreading rumours about her.
The Nibebe Nibembeleze songstress said each time she heard people claiming she was unwell, her heart would shatter into tiny pieces. It hurt her to know that a lot of guys only viewed her as a hub for unfortunate events.
“There is a clip that has been going viral on social media, lying that I am sick and in Muhimbili Hospital,” the gospel singer said.
Muhando insisted the man behind her predicament goes by the name Silas and accused him of always trying to taint her image since 2019. She urged people to stop forcing believers into unnecessary praying and fasting since she did not need healing.
“Do not give the church work of prayer and fasting for no reason. I am well and healthy. I am working for God. I got the news when I was rehearsing for my new album,” Muhando added.
The musician’s woes began when a video of herself rolling on the floor during prayers surfaced on the internet in 2019. It was later discovered that she had to be transferred to a Kenyan hospital after becoming sick. Months later, Muhando was released from hospital and she wrote her first song to thank God for saving her from death’s grasp.
