Over the weekend, Empowerment Christian church reverend Lucy Natasha got engaged to Prophet Carmel.
This is after Carmel proposed to Natasha in an event that she had hosted on Saturday evening and she said yes. The two are said to have been in a relationship for about the year now before the recent development.
Lucy shared the news via social media and she has since received lots of congratulatory messages from her followers and also gospel artists.
While others were sending their congratulations messages, gospel singer Ringtone Apoko chose the opportunity to send a stern warning to Carmel.
Through an Instagram post, Ringtone told Carmel that Natasha did not choose him because she is desperate.
“Am writing this letter to warn you that Rev Natasha is loved by Kenyans so much. She did not choose you because she is desperate,” the singer said in his open letter though in broken English.
According to the artist, many men in Kenya have been heartbroken following Natasha’s decision to get engaged to the Indian prophet.
He promised to take action in case Carmel breaks Natasha’s heart while asking him to quit early enough if he was going to play games with her.
“So as the chairman, I have promised to kill you if you make my sister cry or if you break her heart. Mr. Carmel kindly quit today if you are playing games. Don’t play with my sister Rev Natasha’s heart because it will bring diplomatic war between Kenya and India,” Ringtone cautioned.
Ringtone further advised Carmel to find enough money so as to throw Natasha a big wedding or else he expects to receive his ring since those who love Natasha are watching him.
“If you are broke, start looking for a loan. Otherwise, we, as Kenyan family, will send you the ring through Posta. We are planning on visiting India to see if you have a big house that she will stay in,” Ringtone went on.
