The former Prime Minister, Raila Odinga dealt with Kakamega Senator, Cleophas Malala after he refused to support the county revenue sharing formula that is currently backed up by the ODM leader and the President of the republic, Uhuru Kenyatta.
Currently, Senator Malala and other senators are opposed to the revenue formula and they have refused to come to terms with the handful of Senators who supports the formula completely.
Raila Odinga is allegedly planning to remove Malala as the Deputy Minority Leader in the Senate and replace him with Taita Taveta Senator, John Mwashume Mwaruma.
On Tuesday, Mwaruma accompanied Raila Odinga to State House at a meeting chaired by President Uhuru Kenyatta over the divisive county revenue sharing formula.

Senator Malala has become a thorn on Raila Odinga’s and President Uhuru Kenyatta’s side and they plan to remove him from the equation.
The handshake duo has decided to remove Senator Malala as the Deputy Minority Leader in the Senate and the plan is already in motion, it’s only a matter of time before Senator Malala starts dancing to the tune of President Kenyatta and ODM leader, Raila Odinga.
