Former Tahidi actor Joseph Kinuthia aka Omosh won’t’ just let Kenyans have peace of mind anytime soon until he achieves his financial life goals.
In the latest turn of events, Omosh in collaboration with veteran Kamba musician Justina Syokau 2020 are set to register a beggars association of Kenya Chama.
According to Omosh, the motivation behind the registration of that chama is to make it official so that people know him as a beggar without hiding.
With regards to the leadership of the prestigious association, Omosh is set to be the chairman while Justina Syokau will be the chairlady of that chama.
As a result, they urged netizens to join and support their association which they plan to give branches in Uganda, Tanzania, South Africa and other parts of the world.
A few months ago, Omosh pleaded with Kenyans of goodwill to support him in whatever way they could, saying he was open to taking up any job. He added that the thought of waking up every morning jobless haunted him whenever he left the house with nowhere meaningful to go.
“I just want a job, even if I will be getting Ksh200 a day. I don’t mind about class and even if someone decides to start a hotel business where I can sell uji and tea, I am okay with that. There is nothing as hard as waking up every morning and there is nowhere I am going. You see people going to work and coming back and you have nowhere to go. It is very painful,” Omosh cried out.
With regards to alcohol, Omosh claimed that he had kept off alcohol for some time since he started attending treatment at the rehabilitation center.
“I used to be a drunkard for so many years. I tried to overcome it to no success. But my sister came and took me to rehab for 3 months, and after that, I changed. I was a changed person after the three months, I had even added some weight.”
This saw Kenyans of goodwill such as Jalang’o come to his rescue with a number of goodies such as a house, shopping and of course a land from Zero Hero properties.
After pocketing the goodies including the money, Omosh later turned around accusing the wellwishers of sending him less than one million Kenya shillings while blaming the majority of them for making empty promises.
