1. Raila Interview with NTV:- that was aired on 9th of August, just before the major Expose by Denis Okari on the Covid Billionaires. During the interview with the head of editorial at the nation media group boss, Mutuma Mathiu, Raila strongly defended the procurement of the PPEs at extremely high prices . Raila strongly defended the KEMSA price of 9,900 per PPE that Kemsa procured. The next day, NTV shocked the whole world by releasing documents proving the company that sold the PPEs at 9,900 was the most expensive at the time since many other companies gave offers that were between 4,000 and 5,000 shillings……. Big Question- why did Raila defend the extremely high prices? There are no prizes for guessing.
2. Flurry of Meetings Between Raila and the chief suspects…Between April and May, Raila Odinga was in several meetings with David Murathe, Peter Kenneth and several other top businessmen. The cover of the meetings was that “They were discussing BBI and Handshake Issues” but after the NTV expose, it is clear that there was more than meets the eyes in the meeting since all of those that had flurries of meetings with Raila were mentioned as suspects in the Covid 19 story theft story.
3. Mysterious Company Registered in January and Awarded sh 4 billion Tender in April….this is where the rubber meets the road. The company that was initially registered by Tony Gachoka’s brother, who acts as David Murathe’s PA but was transferred to a 28 year old employee to a Law firm associated with a top activist who works in Raila’s office….SonkoNews will give details as soon as the paperwork is verified……

4. ODM Press Conference. In a strange twist, the entire ODM leadership appeared in a Press Conference and issued a statement read by Secretary General Edwin Sifuna. ODM accused the Press of lying..ODM wanted the Auditor General to take action……they did not call the DCI or the EACC to take action??? Why?
5. The Public Accounts Committee led by ODM ‘s Opiyo Wandayi completed the suspect actions by the former opposition party. Wandayi refused to summon suspects, but instead gave the Auditor General 60 days to “conduct investigations”. This is clearly a time wasting and delay tactic…
