Nuru Okanga Claims That He Was Arrested While Naked

Raila Odinga’s staunch supporter Nuru Okanga is trending again after he was dramatically arrested on Wednesday.

Speaking after his day in court, Okanga expressed his anger at DCI officers who were sent to arrest him for the humiliation they caused him in front of his children.

According to him, the officers dragged hom away while he was naked.

“Nataka niombe DCI, wale walinishika mlinifanyia madharau sana sheria ya Kenya inasema kama mtu amekaidi amri ndio mnaezamvuruga. Hamuezikunitoa kwa bafu watoto wangu wanaona uchi yangu, mbele ya bibi yangu, sister yangu wanaona uchi yangu. Naomba DCI wale walikuja kunishika, mlikuwa kazi lakini mlinifanyia kitu mbaya kwa kimila ya kiluhya watoto hawafai kuona uchi ya baba yao uchi, ni kama nimelaani watoto kama ningali mzima. Sitakuwa na mengi, nawezaongea mengi tena nirudi ndani, niko na hasira,” Okanga said.

While appearing in at the Milimani Law court on Thursday, his KCPE results were made public.

This was during his engaegement with his lawyer Emmanuel Kibet after magistrate Lucas Onyina sought to know Okanga’s level of education.

“Mumias Muslim Primary School in Kakamega County, ” Okanga daid after being asked about his primary school education

When questioned about his secondary school admission, he stated, “I am yet to receive my Form One admission letter.”

“What did you score in the KCPE?” the lawyer further questioned him after being requested by a court journalist.

“320 marks,” the father of three responded.
