Kim Jong-un is reportedly preparing to test Joe Biden’s resolve with missile tests after disappearing from the public eye.
Mystery surrounds why the all-powerful dictator has disappeared and reappeared from the public eye on numerous occasions since April.
Months ago his disappearance fueled speculations that he had died after undergoing botched brain surgery.
Kim however reappeared in public and even presided over another set of missile tests. The tyrant is reportedly plotting provocative missile tests to test Biden’s mettle.
Kim has a history of trying his luck with new presidents and reports from the region say he was “very unhappy” that Trump, whom he had built a relationship of sorts, has been toppled.
The Korean dictator is no fun of Joe Biden and has once referred the US President-elect as ‘rabid dog’.

Kim and Trump met twice, in Singapore in June 2018 and in Vietnam in February 2019. Both meetings failed to secure a deal to denuclearization of North Korea and the lifting of the crippling sanctions.
Trump had hoped to meet Kim for a third time, but his defeat to Biden means he will exit the White House without the third meeting.
Biden explicitly said he is not in a mood of cozying up to dictators like Trump during US presidential debate.
Experts believe Kim may soon be up to his old tricks once more, test Biden’s resolve to determine how far he can push the US President-elect. And his latest disappearance can only deepen the fears he is plotting something.
