ODM leader Raila Odinga has left netizens excited after sharing his photos donning Santa Claus’ attires just as day before Christmas.
Raila on Friday December 24 organized a Christmas fun day for children from various children homes at his Kisumu home and judging from the pictures the event was a beautiful one and a success.
“Ho! Ho! Ho! Merry Christmas! Today #BabaClaus hosted a Christmas fun day at my Kisumu home for my children from different children’s homes, and boy, did we have a lot of fun! Merry Christmas and happy holidays!” Raila shared through a tweet.

Netizens could not hold back their comments on Raila’s attire and one asked him to retire from politics as Santa’s job fits him perfectly. Here are a few comments from Twitter.
“Santa Baba. I’m happy. Merry Christmas. May God keep you for the longest time possible,” Ellie Ellistrez said.
“Santa Claus needs to sue you. How can you wear his clothes knowing you always cause mayhem in this country every time you lose an election,” George Kim said.
Another one stated, “#BabaClaus effect, this is really beautiful and a nice way to spend with our children. Krismasi njema kwa WaKenya wote.”
“Baba, I was doubting if tomorrow is Christmas. Baba, now that you have confirmed that tomorrow is Xmass day, let me now shower and wait for the big Day!” Albungurus Bakaya wrote.
Raila’s event comes just days after President Uhuru Kenyatta and first lady Margaret hosted children at the Statehouse, Nairobi, for the Christmas party.
In his brief message during the event, President Kenyatta wished the children a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year 2022, and urged them to be cautious during the festive period so as to avoid contracting Covid-19,
Christmas will be celebrated on December 25. This is a day that Christians celebrate annually in memory of the birth of Jesus Christ.
