Mercy Masika has issued a stern message to side chicks pursuing married men.
Mercy Masika is a wife to David Muguro, and like any other married couple, she has previously acknowledged that their union has had its ups and downs.
After realizing that marriage wasn’t a bed of roses, the “Mwema” hit maker admitted that she had prepared to move out actually three times.
“I had packed three times and after mentorship class with rev Kathy Kiuna that’s when I settled. I didn’t understand submission, I was depressed about it. Funny enough I was in church and didn’t follow what submission was and we were being taught what to do. I would speak up how I think with no editing so it was challenging.” She opened up.
Mrs. Masika claims that those who choose to date married people are very useless and lazy.
Mercy Masika, the celebrated gospel musician, has received a range of responses to her comment regarding those who opt for married people on social media famously know as the concubines, mistresses or side chicks.
“People who prefer going after married people. Don’t want to build. That laziness and carelessness causes so much pain in the future,” says Masika.
She warned that the mistresses and side chicks might suffer as well in the future as a result of their bad habit of eyeing married men and break apart families.
Anerlisa Muigai has a similar message for ladies who are infamous for dating married guys in support.
“Moment of silence to those women who come to a relationship thinking they will be better than the wife.”
“The problem is that you see men looking nice on social media, not knowing that the wife put him together so given that chance you can’t maintain that.” says Anerlisa.
