According to the Ministry of Health, three people have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past day.
The CS also reported that there have been a total of 342,475 confirmed COVID-19 positive cases out of 3,956,558 tests that have been performed to date.
The remaining case was reported in Uasin Gishu, while two cases were reported in Nairobi, according to CS Nakhumicha.
One of the patients is a man, while the other two are women; the youngest is 40 years old and the oldest is 75, according to a statement made to newsrooms by the health cabinet secretary, Nakhumicha Wafula.
The total number of COVID-19 recoveries now sits at 336,606, she said, of which 282,883 are from the Home Based Care and Isolation Program and 53,723 are from various health facilities all over the country.
There were no recorded deaths during the time period under review, keeping the total number of fatalities at 5,688.
While 213 people are enrolled in the Home-Based Isolation and Care program, 11 individuals have been admitted to various healthcare facilities. Another patient in the general ward is receiving additional oxygen.
