He claimed that buying pricey coffins for the dead—often costing up to five figures—is equivalent to inviting the demon of death to constantly visit your home.

Odero warned against organizing a costly funeral since doing so would be tantamount to inviting the spirit of death to return repeatedly to observe the huge spending at their funerals.
