“We all know Paul Gicheru differently, but to me he was my neighbor. We purchased one property in Eldoret, sub-divided into two & shared one gate. I Pray for the repose of his soul & that his family be comforted. May the prayers of his family reach the heavens,” Kipkorir said.

The reports on Gicheru’s death were confirmed on Monday night by his family as well as the police.

The police said that the lawyer had a late lunch and went to sleep after feeling unwell. He however did not wake up. His son was also affected such that he collapsed and was rushed to hospital.
